Qualifications:

• Male, preferably not more than 30 years old
• Graduate of BS Engineering- Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Mechanical or any technical related course
• With at least 3 years experience in handling die attach machine
• With skills in troubleshoot/repair electro-mechanical machine; can interpret technical documents & diagrams
• With excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Can drive w/ driving license

Brief Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support customer technical request  
• On-site customer’s machine installation, buy-off activities, training and repair of machines evaluation and solution to the issues  
• Performs product presentations and report the result on a required form  
• Performs preventive maintenance 

Qualifications:

• Female   
• College level
• Computer literate, knowledgeable with MS Office
• With excellent typing skills
• With excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• With pleasing personality

• Encode TSF and maintain stocks/spares records

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years exposure in the electronics / semiconductor industry on sales or service
• Male or Female, not more than 35 years old
• Engineering graduate
• Must know how to drive; with driver's license
• Knows how to converse on the different levels of the organization (customer)
• Multi language expertise is a plus but not required
